This mini-seminar introduces each participant to some of the fundamental leadership talents for managing and inspiring productive team performance. Your instructor will present a variety of scenarios i.e. peer conflict, poor team performance, bringing out the best in an employee, and employee feedback, to prompt engaging dialogue and learning. The session will open with a brief participant assessment of current leadership knowledge and expectations. Participants will leave with an enhanced appreciation for leading and inspiring others to meet organizational objectives. Who’s this seminar for? Anyone with limited or no leadership experience and serving as a supervisor or manager. Also those leaders dealing with excessive work related stress.
